He is survived by: his child Denny; his wife Dani (Israelsen); his daughters, Winnie and Piper Sue; his mother Esther Hayward Bates-Baker (Bob); his siblings, Heather (Michael), Michelle, Charlie (Jan), David (Kenzie), Rachel (Patrick), Jared (Karina), Joey, Danielle, Nicole, Drew and Beth; and also, Gabi and Jessi. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
