It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Berry Pack (Lehi, Utah), who passed away on October 15, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Woodruff Berry and Fawn Lewis Berry Willis. She is survived by: her husband Merlyn; her children, Cindy Lee Oakes (Jerry), Robert Merlyn Pack (Cindy), Jacqueline Coombs (Dawayne) and Pamela Duke (Brian); and her brothers, Lewis, Jack and Craig Berry. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.
