She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Kay Jensen; her husband David Folkman; her children, Matt Folkman (Lori), Kris Menendez (Marcos), Spencer (Folkman) and Stephanie Folkman; her pet Enzo; her father Darrell Jensen; and her son-in-law Tiger Toelcke. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, her mother, three brothers.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund was created to assist the family with expenses related to her death including medical expenses.
