He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Myrlin Madsen and Faye DeVon Deveraux; and his sisters, Elaine Clausen and Darlene Madsen. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Lee; his children, Michael Madsen (Cheryl), Diana Lauder (Jeff), Julie Boone (Jeff), Larriann McGowan (Doug) and Mark Madsen (Mary); and his brothers, Merlin and Jimmie Madsen. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
