He is survived by: his children, Thad (Lynda), Dave (Larena), Scott (Jimmy), Kip (Elwyna), Cedar Fort, Karen (Wally), Rick (Shannan) and Shawn Bostik; and his sister Freda Davies. He is also survived by his parents, siblings and children.
