He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Lester Cook and Lois Anderson Cook; his brother Wallace John Cook; his nephew Wade Cook; his children, Jason John Cook, Michelle Wood (Matt) and Stephanie Lindsey (Brynt); and his sister Marlene Allen (Duane). He was also cherished by two granddaughters and five grandsons.
