He was predeceased by: his son Tayson Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Clark and Tenea Clark; his children, Maddilynn and Parker; and his siblings, Marindi Evans (Richard), Tiffani Crotts (Landon) and Kenny Clark (Hailee). He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.
