It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trevor William Jorgenson (Lehi, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard John Bos II; and his aunt Christina. He is survived by: his parents, Jade Bos and Robert Jorgenson; his stepbrother Robby Fullmer; his half-brothers, Kayden Walker and Taylor James Burningham; his grandparents, Gene, Cathy Jorgenson and Shelly Bos; his aunts and uncles, Sara Orton, Hayley White, Jessica Brasch, Matthew Bos and Nathan Bos; and his son Theo Jorgenson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and friends.
Trevor's family is requesting donations in lieu of flowers to help offset funeral costs for such a surprising and untimely passing that we were not even close to being prepared for.
