He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordan Dewain and Carolyn Barnum. He is survived by: his wife Lori; and his children, Case (Adrienne), Kyle (Jen), Nick (Taylee), Alex (Rachel) and Jessica (Dylan). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and his six siblings.
