He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Page; his children, Doug Page (Emily) of Eagle Mountain, Utah, Cheryl Ortiz (John) of Pleasant Grove, Utah and Karen Horspool (Darryl) of Saratoga Springs, Utah.; his sister Colleen Page Hamilton of Whitter; and his grandchildren, Jaden, Tylar Siller (Elijah), McKayden, Jalyse, Dylainy, Ellie, Ashtyn, Collyn, Alyx and Rhyse.
