She was predeceased by: her former husband Charlie Richardson; and her siblings, Bert Noble, Kim Noble and Carol Tobler (Douglas). She is survived by: her children, JoLynn Blood (Scott), Rick Lee Bennett (Jackie) and Jeanie Rochelle Richardson; her siblings, Jay Noble (Nancy), Darla Bushman (Darrell), Judy Bateman (Sam) and Randy Noble (Cinzia); and her brother-in-law Douglas Tobler. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
