He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Hoover and James Fenton 'Peter'. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Fenton Miller (Diane) and Richard Hoover Miller (Mia); his wife Vivian Theo Anderson; his siblings, Richard F "Dick" Miller (Leslie) and Remola Colleen "Pat" Miller Axelgard (Bill); his great grandchild Tanner Beckett Gasser; and his grandchildren, Ben Miller, Andrea M. Gasser, Nathan Miller, Chantelle M. Payne, Logan Miller, Kallao Miller, Macaulay Miller and Kaono Miller.
Due to COVID 19 there are restrictions regarding numbers in attendance.
