We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2020, at the age of 88, Norma Phillips Barlow (Lindon, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ida Clawson and Edward C. Phillips; her husband Glenn B. Barlow; her children, Julie (J. Bryce Smith), Lisa (Richard Elkins), India Brittany LaPlace, Anna Victoria Vega (Mailee), Owen Garrett Barlow, Evva Maria Barlow and Ida May Barlow; her sisters, Marie (JT Whitworth) and Adele Barber; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Phillips. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.
