It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Grace McKinlay of Lindon, Utah, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zweifel (Eliza Hermina) and Eliza Hermina Felix Zweifel; her children, Douglas Blaine and Gail; and her siblings, John, Joseph, Glen, Mary, Elda, Jennie, Della, Mildred and Annie.
She is survived by: her husband Blaine (Austria Vienna); her children, Rodney McKinlay (Lori Genta) of Westfield, IN, Mark McKinlay (Laurie Haynie) of Holladay, UT, Bonnie Valek of Lehi, UT and Colleen Logan (Vonn) of Laie, HI; and her brother Frank Zweifel of Bozeman, MT. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wheeler-Sundberg Funeral Home (495 S State St, Orem, UT 84058). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary (495 S State St, Orem, UT 84058). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fielding Memorial Cemetery (600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
