Ann Douglass Toolson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Douglass Toolson (Logan, Utah), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Smart Major, Jr. (Brent). She is survived by: her mother Jane Douglass Major of Brigham City; her children, Jane, Joan and Doug; her husband Brent Toolson; her brother Rick Major (Tere) of Logan; her nephew Charles of Park City; her sister Sue Colling (Mike) of Brigham City; her nephews, Christopher of Brigham City, Nicholas of Logan and Benjamin of Brigham City; her siblings-in-law, Kay Toolson (Judy) of Eugene, OR and Lynda Snell (Peter) of Moraga, CA; her nephews, Michael of Eugene, OR and Jeffrey (Becky) of Alamo, CA; her sister-in-law Jan Thalman (Randy) of Manteca, CA; her nephew Garret (Ashley) of Sandy; and her niece Kelli Hollingsworth (Greg) of Layton.
Due to the pandemic, there will be a private family service shared online on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 11:00 am.
