She is survived by: her aunt Barbara Welkie; her husband George W Welkie; her children, Robert Welkie, Katy Welkie (Audrey Bramwell) and Carol Nielson; her sister Jennifer Brooks; and her grandchildren, Justin, Elliot and Isaac. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
