He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary, Dixie Oakden, Allen and Jolyn Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Sue Oakden and Allen Cleve Johnson; and his brothers, Jared of Logan, UT, Derek of Heber City, UT, Zachary and Kyler. He is also survived by brothers and friends.

The family has set up a Go Fund Me campaign for any monetary donations to be made to.
