She was predeceased by: her nephew Aaron David Clapp. She is survived by: her spouse Steven Allen Russell; and her daughters, Lisa Oswald, Rebeca Dawson West (David), Ann Maree Montgomery (Benjamin), Stephanie Cook and Machelle Overdiek Plain (Kirk). She is also survived by her children: 1 son.
Our loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister, Chloe Russell, 73, of Logan, Utah, peacefully returned to our Heavenly Father on September 13, 2018, after a battle with Alzheimer's.
