He was predeceased by: his parents, David Astle and Margarita Foerster Astle. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Poulson Astle; his children, Cathie Parker, Shane Parker, Robert Astle, Aleena Astle, River Heights, Christina Beal, Royce Beal, James Astle and Jeannie Astle; and his brothers, Ernest Astle (Sylvia), Logan Astle and John Astle (Diane). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
