He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Raymond "Jack" and Marjorie Quinney Bowen; and his grandson Beau Bowen. He is survived by: his wife LaRae; and his sisters, Kathryn Jean Williams, Jackie Shields and Bruce Shields. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren, five step-grandchildren.
