He is survived by: his spouse Carroll Janiece Lind; his children, David (Shauna), Laurie Bishop (Wendy), Susan Bytendorp (Richard), Janiece Sloan (Todd) and Carolee Bates (Ron); and his brother Bob. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 19 Great-grandchildren.
