He was predeceased by: his former wife Sallie Lou. He is survived by: his children, Jimmie, Douglas G., Kennith and James; his wife Rosemarie B. Feller Potts; and his stepchildren, Melvin Robert Feller, Brent Lee Feller, Rosemarie Ruth Feller and Suzette Feller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
