She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mills and Rhoda Mills; and her children, Robert and Deann. She is survived by: her husband George Farnes Welch; and her sister Sharon Mills Messagee (Ra). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
