She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Brodhead and Stella Brodhead; her husband Roy McCorkle; and her siblings, Kennith, Dwight, Claude Brodhead, Mildred Smith, Lanita Ashley and Betty Ann Garrison.

She is survived by: her children, Marla Werner (John), Gary Waddoups (Cynthia), Jan Tomlinson and Jon Waddoups (Julie); her grandchildren, Michele Holden, Jeneane Conway, Jake Waddoups, Kati Konkol (Steve), Douglas Werner (Kathryn) and Cyndee Wanyonyi (Lumuli); her great grandchildren, Alex Holden, Kellen, Andrew Walford, Jorja, Jude Conway, Ben, Emily Konkol, Julius, Cici, Selah Wanyonyi, Nathan and Eliza Werner; her sister Margie Stanifer; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene Brodhead and Bob Garrison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Since the Covid Pandemic, her greatest desire was to have company again.
