He was predeceased by: his brothers, Mitchel Dale Baldwin and Tracey Dale Baldwin; his father Dale Claude Baldwin; and his siblings-in-law, James Ray Lynch and Christina Lewis Christensen.

He is survived by: his wives, Deborah Lewis and Deborah Baldwin; his children, Mark (Valisa), Matthew, Maria (David) and Michael (Amanda); his mother Carol Brady Baldwin; and his sisters, Julie Ann Lynch Payne and Carolyn Baldwin Taylor.
