III Madsen (Tami), Cindy Frame (Brent), Robert Madsen (Cindy) of Dallas Texas, Chris Madsen (Becky) of Smithfield Utah, Patricia Henderson (Mike) and Emily Madsen of Holladay Utah; her brother Richard Larsen (Brenda); her brother-in-law Claude Blomquist of North Logan; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
