She was predeceased by: her son Jesse Slade Rawlins; and her mother RoLaine Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Rawlins (Amanda) of Nephi, UT, Anastasia Chaney (Kirk) of Preston, ID, Serena Rawlins of Nephi, UT, Wyatt Rawlins of Preston, ID and Zachary Rawlins of Cove, UT.; her father Darryl Reynolds of Spanish Fork, UT; and her sisters, Cynthia McCoy of Orem, UT, Teresa Wood of Orem, UT and Sonya Coombs of Goshen, UT. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
