He is survived by: his wife Karen Hall Wickham; his children, Valarie Kotter (Dirk), Glen Wickham (Shelly), Natalie Blake (Micheal) and Darrin Wickham (Lisa); and his brothers, Deloy Wickham (Shirley) and Wayne Wickham (Cerina). He is also survived by 23 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren.
