He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Lewis and Bertha Lewis; and his wife Fern Armstrong Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Ina Denson, Dick Lewis, Reed Lewis, Max Lewis, Betty Jean Nelson and Boyd Lewis; his son-in-law Neil Jensen; his grandsons, Cody Bassett and Travis Dennis; and his children, Vicky Jensen (Neil), Tammy Houser (Jack), Patricia Wilde (Garth), Boyd Lewis (Wendy) and Laurie Bassett (Blake). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
