She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Johnson and Ruth Freeman Johnson; and her husband Willard Donald Paulsen. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Eloise, Carl David and Charles Joseph; and her children, Michael Willard, Ethel Linda, Jeanette Baker (Kent) of Providence, Linda Chadwick (Lynn) of Logan, Mike Paulsen (Vicky) of Tremonton and Jennifer Shelley (Brad) of Nibley. She is also survived by her three siblings, 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
