She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McNeal and Nathalie Cummings Izatt; and her brother Chuck Izatt. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Evans of Pocatello, ID, Ronald Izatt (Mary Alice), Lyle Izatt (Char), Tim Izatt and Jody Atkin (Melea).
