She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Fiscus and Ruby Colleen Fiscus (Keller). She is survived by: her children, Cameron Hatch (Sarah), Kari Poulsen (Ross), Gregory Hatch (Sarah) and Joanie Fisher (Adam); her siblings, Robin Booth (Randy) and Mark Fiscus (Sharon); and her former husband Brent E. Hatch of Vernal.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be adhering to social distancing regulations with only 150 people admitted into the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, find someone in need and give generously to them, that is what Pamela would do.
