He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Couch and Eldora Couch; and his daughter Erin Christine. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Nathan (Susannah), Adam, Sara Kelley (Darron), Maren Corbett (Brandon) and Jackson (Eliza); and his sister JoAnn Schen.
