He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eugene Weller of Layton; and his sister Amber Kae. He is survived by: his friends, Zac Cutler, Porter Santistevan and Rigg Rowan; his mother Alissa of Hyrum; his siblings, Cara Louise (John Stephens) of Simi Valley, Bethany Lynne (Kate Black), Alexa Rose (Shaun Schenck) of North Logan and Gregory; his friends, Willard, Trevor Floyd (Ali Spittler) of Heber City and Ivan Earl of Sumner, Washington.; and his grandparents, Gloria Weller of Layton, Darrel and Karen Floyd of Farr West. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
