It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Gerald Carlson (Logan, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on February 19, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Thad August and Carroll Plowman Carlson; his mother Carroll P. Carlson of Logan, UT; his siblings, Jake (Kim Gygi) of Arvada, CO, Kathy Cook (Vaughn) of Mapleton, UT, Debi Zamora of Logan, UT, Julie Huppi (Hal) of Logan, UT and Paul (Tena Sloan) of Holladay, UT; his children, Joshua (Amber Kirley) of Mamaroneck, NY, Jared (Shannon O'Donnell) of Springville, UT, Emma Leatham (Joe) of Clarkson and Daniel (Polly Boyana) of LeRoy, NY; and his father Thad A. Carlson. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
