He was predeceased by: his father Bill Riggs. He is survived by: his spouse Karen Riggs; his mother Ruby; his siblings, Dennis Riggs (Beth) and Carol Hawkes (Steve); his children, Josh Riggs (Nicole), Emi Hellwege (Scott), Nicole Felkel (Carson) and Paul Riggs (Kaylee); his grandchildren, Liam, Tripp, Millie, Landon, Grant and Wade; and his pets, Blade, Newt, Wrigley and Cody.
