Smith; her children, Nichole Caldwell (Brent Caldwell) and Adam Spafford (Carly Spafford); her grandchildren, Abigail Caldwell, Carter Caldwell, Max Caldwell, Dallas Spafford and Brighton Spafford; and her siblings, Rick Ainsworth, Velenie Ainsworth and Ed Ainsworth.
