She was predeceased by: her parents, Loa Arintha Taylor and Harold F. Johansen; her siblings, Emil Johansen, Arden Johansen, Larry Johansen and Lella Vee Sisam; and her granddaughter Holly Chappell.
She is survived by: her significant other Jack R. Chappell of Lyman, Utah.; her children, Paul J. Chappell, Charmaine Childs (Ross), Kirk Chappell (Jean), Clark Chappell (Kathy) and Faun Jackson (Skip); and her sister Wana Lu Burr of Burrville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
