He was loved and cherished by many people including: his great-grandparent Dennis LeRoy Fowler; his parents, Lawrence Fowler and Bernice Mulherin; his wife Shirley Harwood Fowler; his children, Michael Dennis, Kevin Scott, Amy LeAnn, Merlin LeRoy, Tracy Lyn (Leesha) and Eternal; his close friend Michael Dennis (Kristina); and his grandchildren, Cameron West, Skip LeRoy (Erin), Haley Dawn (Ryan), Bridget Leigh (Travis), Jamie Lee, Dominik Michael, Devon Quinn and Amy Leann. He was also cherished by 2 Great Grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family viewing will be held on 22nd of April at Peel Funeral Home.
