He is survived by : his mother Carolyn Martinsen Slaugh; his wife Mandy Johnson Slaugh; his father Nolan Slaugh; his sons, Hayden and Garrett; his siblings, Mike (Lisa Slaugh), Rod, Patty (Paul Halladay) and Judy (Lynn Aardema); his brother-in-law Tom Backman; his parents-in-law, Keith (Shirleen) and Lillian Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Syndee Johnson and Monica (Blaine Golson); and his close friends, Neil and Guy. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
