He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edward "Ed" Woods and Anita Cathleen "Ann" Kininmonth; and his granddaughter Margaret Kincaid. He is survived by : his wife Virginia; his children, James Edward Woods III of Gilbert, AZ, Stanton Matthew Woods (Alison), Anita Morris (Josh) of Maple Valley, WA, Jessica Kincaid (Shane) of Moses Lake, WA and Samuel Thomas Woods (Cassie) of Phillips, WI; and his siblings, Marsha Elaine Woods of Naselle, WA and John David Woods (Teri) of Wytheville, VA.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
