She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Peay; her husband John Stephen Bate Jr.; her sisters, Allyson Johnson (Carl) and Angie Simons (Brent); her mother-in-law Pamela Tilton; and her children, Zackary Bate (Jessica), Brady Bate (Malia) and Jordyn Miner (Canon).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Northridge Valley Event Center (975 E Northridge Dr, Mapleton, UT 84664).
