He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Brandon, Hollie Brett (Mark), Haley (Guy), Brian (Barbara), Jack, Courtney and Jenny (Cody); his siblings, Bill Miller, Craig Miller, Kirk Miller, Richard Miller and Glen Miller; and his parents-in-law, Dave Stewart, Julie Stewart, Craig Stewart, JoAnn Stewart, Phillip Dixon and Carolyn Dixon.
