She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Allison and Eugene Spencer; her brother Clark Spencer; and her stepson James Buck. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Hogge; her son-in-law Jeffery Hogge; her grandchildren, Melinda Niu (Jonathan), Sarah Clift (Aaron), Hilary Stevenson (Sean), Spencer Hogge (Kaely) and Bradford Hogge (Megan); her siblings, Curtis Spencer and Marissa Spencer; her husband Gary; and her children, John Buck (Arlene) and Cheryl Fetchel. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
