He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby Warren and Mable Warren (Dibble); his sister Margie Hutchings; his brothers-in-law, John Averett and Rodger Hutchings; and his granddaughter Anna Nemelka.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Chad Warren of Mapleton, Christy Nemelka (Joseph) of Mapleton and Camille Cope (Gene) of Springville; his grandchildren, Chaleesa (Matt), Joseph, Casey, Matthew (Taylor), Kelty (McKade), James, Harrison, Jack and Jesse; and his siblings, Darrell Warren (Rula) of Gunnison, Morris Warren (Sharon) of Mapleton, Evelyn Deamer (Mike) of Centerville and Karen Averett of Mapleton.
