He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Higginson and Emma Higginson; his daughter Barbara LeFevre; and his brothers, Norman Higginson (Lydia) and William Higginson.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Allen; his daughter Cathy Nielsen (Jim); his great grandchildren, Scout and Wren Paystrup; his brother Evan Higginson (Rae); and his pets, Tigger and Socks.
