We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2020, at the age of 60, Cindy Lou Chadwick (Midvale, Utah), born in Murray, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee Fritz, Sr. and Shirley Snarr Fritz. She is survived by: her husband Mark Kenneth Chadwick of West Jordan, Utah; her daughter Lynsey Caplin (Josh) of Dallas, Texas; her granddaughters, Avery, Joslyn, Sophie, Brooklyn and London; her siblings, Sherrie VanMatre (Leroy), David Fritz and Jeff Fritz; and her sister-in-law Debbie Chadwick. She is also survived by her seven nieces and nephews.
