We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2025, at the age of 92, Gerald Richard Walk (Salt Lake City, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gerald Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerald Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Joseph and June Rose Derrick Walk; and his sister Jean Walk Nelson. He is survived by: his spouse Luahiwa Jorgen Forsythe; and his children, Richard Keith Kamoa'e (Ka'umealani Kaneakua), Maile Ann (Carlos Garcia), Ronald Paul (Shannon Hill), Thomas David (Sally Dunn) and Michael Joseph (Michelle). He is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
