He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred D. Stubbs and Margaret Latta Stubbs; and his siblings, Joyce Fowler and Don Stubbs. He is survived by: his wife Rae Stubbs; his children, Todd Stubbs, Kelly Stubbs and Teri Stubbs; his great grandchild Carston Johnson of Alaska; and his siblings, Dinitia Harris and Jesse Stubbs. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
