He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jennifer Gerrard; his daughter Samantha Sager; his mother Janice Bottema; his siblings, Jeff Sager (Rose), Jan Beck (Michael), Dennis Sager (Karlin), Shannon Sager (Cindy), Penny McEntire (Merlin) and Jennifer May (Stacy); and his father David Elmo Sager. He was also cherished by his daughter, brothers, nephews, and cousin.
